It's PSL Season!

Here's where you need to use the Pumpkin Spice in my previous post!!

Every year, as summer comes to end and fall begins, leaves change their colors and Starbucks changes their menu: it's PSL season. I love Starbucks but daily trips for the delicious pumpkin spice latte can get pricey, so I started making my own. It's very easy and can make your morning coffee way more fun to drink.

Ingredients

(good for 2 cups of coffee)

1 cup milk (*honestly, if you use a creamier milk it will taste even better BUT for skinnier option, use a low-fat milk **substitute with almond milk for vegan option)

2 Tbsp pumpkin puree

1/4 tsp pumpkin spice!!

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Strong coffee

***Add sugar/sweetener (maple syrup works too) to coffee to fit your own sweet tooth

Directions

1. Combine the milk, pumpkin puree, spice, and vanilla extract in a small pot and heat over medium heat until the milk is hot.

2. Pour into a mug with coffee filled about halfway (more or less depending on how much milk you like in your coffee)

3. Sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin spice and enjoy!!
